| Description | The Jaguar XK150 was the successor to Jaguar’s successful XK series and was introduced in the late fifties as a luxurious and sporty grand tourer. Building on the success of the earlier XK120 and XK140, the model received a more modern body design with a larger windscreen, wider grille and more comfort for longer journeys. The XK150 Coupé combined classic British sports car lines with a powerful six-cylinder engine and manual transmission. Thanks to its elegant design and prominent position within the Jaguar range, the model became a recognizable British classic from the fifties. This example is a Jaguar XK150 Coupé from 1959, finished in black livery. According to the available information, the car has a 3.4-liter six-cylinder engine mated to a manual transmission. The engine number given is V 1456-8. The car is offered as a restoration project. Further registration data is available to a limited extent. |
